1. Eligibility

2. Description of Service
MenStrategy provides AI-generated insights, strategic guidance, communication analysis, and personalized recommendations based on inputs you provide.
You understand and agree that:
- The Service is not therapy, not counseling, and not professional mental health care.
- Outputs are AI-generated and may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every situation.
- You are solely responsible for decisions and actions you take based on the content provided.
We reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. User Accounts
To access our Service, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Subscriptions and Billing

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us (via Stripe or other payment processors) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
4.1 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
4.2 No Refunds
Due to the nature of digital AI-generated outputs, all payments are non-refundable, except where required by law.
4.3 Price Changes
We may adjust pricing at any time.
If you have a subscription, we will notify you before changes take effect.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or replicate the AI system
- Upload content containing hate, threats, or harassment
- Interfere with platform performance or security
- Use outputs for harmful manipulation or harassment of others
We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Content You Provide
You may submit text or information (“User Content”) to the Service.
You retain ownership of your content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process it for:
- Generating AI outputs
- Improving your user experience
- Operating and maintaining the platform
We do not sell, publish, or publicly share your personal content.
7. AI-Generated Output
MenStrategy produces AI-generated content (“Output”).
You may use the Output for personal purposes, provided you comply with these Terms.
You agree that:
- Output may contain inaccuracies
- Output should not be considered professional advice
- You rely on Output at your own risk
We are not responsible for actions or outcomes resulting from AI-generated content.
8. Privacy
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, store, and protect your data.
By using MenStrategy, you consent to our data practices.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform content, features, branding, software, models, and designs are the exclusive property of MenStrategy.
You may not:
- Copy
- Distribute
- Modify
- Resell
- Reverse-engineer
any part of the Service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse the platform
- Your payment fails
- We discontinue the Service
You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
MenStrategy is provided “as is” and “as available”.
We make no guarantees that the Service will:
- Be accurate
- Meet your expectations
- Be error-free
- Operate without interruption
We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for damages resulting from your use of the Service
- This includes emotional distress, relationship outcomes, loss of data, or financial losses
- Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the last 3 months
You use MenStrategy at your own risk.
13. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers such as:
- Stripe
- Supabase
- OpenAI
- Analytics services
Your use of these third-party tools is subject to their terms and policies.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and/or the European Union, unless otherwise specified.
Disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction where MenStrategy is legally registered.
